What You Can Expect

As a key player in our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet established requirements and standards through various audit, inspection, and testing activities. You will collaborate with various functional departments, suppliers, and experts outside of Zimmer Biomet to effectively implement our quality goals.

How You'll Create Impact

Your role will involve managing relationships with different suppliers, facilitating project management to enhance quality assurance processes. Your contributions will include :

• Formulating and refining procedures, specifications, and standards for Zimmer products and processes.
• Developing and executing corrective and preventive action plans.
• Collecting and analyzing data for gauging and evaluating product quality.
• Maintaining essential gauges, procedures, and materials crucial for the continuity of existing products.
• Ensuring that suppliers have all necessary information and resources to deliver quality products to Zimmer Biomet.
