CNC Tooling Lead

Job Overview

The CNC Tooling Lead is a highly skilled professional responsible for overseeing tooling operations within CNC machining environments. This role ensures the accurate setup, maintenance, and optimization of tooling systems to support efficient production. The CNC Tooling Lead will collaborate with machinists, engineers, and supervisors to maintain quality standards, troubleshoot tooling issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Pay Rate : $19.50 / hour

A Day In The Life

Every day at Hubbell is different and you'll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you'll make a difference by :

• Leading the setup and adjustment of CNC tooling for various machining operations.
• Inspecting and maintaining tooling to ensure precision and reliability.
• Collaborating with CNC operators to resolve tooling-related issues and optimize performance.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Monitoring tooling inventory and coordinating procurement of replacement parts.
• Training team members on proper tooling practices and safety protocols.
• Driving process improvements to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency.
