Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Ivalua Technical Functional Consultant to join our team for a 1-year project with no possibility for conversion. This hybrid role requires a professional to support projects and enhancements within our Purchasing / supplier network collaboration application, ensuring the development meets end-to-end requirements through diligent requirement capturing, test case development, and process understanding. The ideal candidate will be adept at learning and configuring the Ivalua application, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving production support issues to enhance our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with supply chain and IT teams to address application-related issues and enhancements.
• Develop process diagrams, test cases, and technical specifications for projects.
• Monitor IT SCM group for support issues, prioritizing as necessary.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Resolve production support issues swiftly and effectively.
