Job Title : Creative Arts Administrative Assistant

Job Description : The Administrative Assistant to the Creative Arts Pastor needs to be a confident highly organized technologically savvy and detail-oriented individual who can assist the Creative Arts Pastor with routine tasks and projects. This position will require flexibility and the ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

Job Classification : Part-time Hourly (Non-Exempt) (20 hours)

Reports to : Creative Arts Pastor

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

• Provide administrative support for the Creative Arts / Worship Pastor and ministry team
• Assist with scheduling volunteers for worship services rehearsals and special events
• Maintain accurate databases of volunteers music and service planning details
• Support worship service preparation
• Manage Planning Center Online for scheduling service flow and communication
• Coordinate communication between the Creative Arts team and other church ministries
• Help plan and execute creative arts events (worship nights team events etc.)
• Handle basic correspondence meeting notes and calendar management for the ministry
