Lift Truck Operator

We are seeking a skilled and certified Lift Truck Operator to join our client's warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be a highly safety-conscious individual with proven experience operating a forklift. This role is crucial for the efficient and safe movement of goods within our facility.

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday Pay Rate : $16 - $17 / hr. DOE Location : Fort Myers, FL Experience : 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate a forklift or other lift truck to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products.
  • Load and unload trailers and containers safely and efficiently.
  • Transport materials to and from storage areas, ensuring proper placement.
  • Perform daily safety checks on the lift truck and report any maintenance issues.
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including organizing and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications :

  • Valid forklift operator certification is required.
  • Proven experience as a Lift Truck Operator, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
