Entry-Level Sales Trainee

We are looking for a full-time, entry-level employee wanting to start or establish a career in professional B2B sales or business. As a supplier for our customers, our business-to-business sales tend to be close, consultative, account management relationships, as opposed to high-volume cold calling.

Responsibilities begin in the warehouse learning the product and the business. Advancement opportunities are most common in inside sales or outside sales, but also available in supervisory or operations functions (depending on interests and abilities).

Reports to : Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications :

• Ability and desire to develop meaningful relationships with customers and coworkers
• Fast, hardworking, driven, and motivated
• High intelligence with the ability to learn quickly
• High School Diploma, or equal
• Minimum of 18 Years Old
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable record
• Read, write, and understand English
• Perform basic math functions in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Understand typical American Standard units of weights & measurements

Compensation Range :

The compensation range for this position is $20 to $23 hourly.
