SAP MM / LE / WM Project Manager with S / 4 HANA upgrade exp

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), LE (Logistics Execution), and WM (Warehouse Management) to lead and manage S / 4HANA upgrade and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering SAP logistics solutions in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA upgrade projects focused on MM / LE / WM modules.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.

Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

Ensure alignment of SAP logistics processes with business objectives.

Oversee configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover planning.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and governance standards.

Provide leadership in change management and user adoption strategies.

Report project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.

10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in MM, LE, and WM.

Minimum 2 full-cycle S / 4HANA upgrade or implementation projects.

Strong understanding of logistics processes : procurement, inventory, shipping, warehouse operations.
