Key Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve product issues
Maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes and accurately log customer information
Facilitate communication with other departments to address client concerns and ensure follow-up
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Generally, less than 2 years of experience
Ability to troubleshoot and document system performance issues
Flexibility to accommodate extended hours, including weekends
