REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Validations Compliance Manager in Winston Salem, NC
The Validation Compliance Managers lead the validation processes, policies, execution protocols and guidelines for adherence across RAI Operating Companies. The position is responsible to lead / manage standardization, develop framework and processes for validation-relevant elements and lead / run key validation initiatives to prepare Operating Companies for compliance. Responsible to lead change control for new regulations, supervise contractor / consultant deliverables and assess consultant staffing requirements and workload distribution; review deliverables for new and existing validation-relevant systems; and perform audits of completed validation protocols to ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices and other validation-specific documentation requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Lead the standardization of enterprise level policies and procedures for implementation of validation elements across RAI Operating Companies
- Develop framework and processes for validation-relevant elements in accordance with applicable corporate strategies and regulatory requirements
- Run key validation initiatives to prepare Operating Companies for compliance
- Review deliverables for new validation-relevant and existing validated systems
- Perform audits of completed validation protocols to ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices and other validation-specific documentation requirements
- Develop, maintain and deliver validation training
- Provide metrics for business reporting
- Serve as validation project SME during FDA inspections and Serve as the back-up validation SME to present validation framework during FDA inspections
What are we looking for?
