About the Opportunity :

NWTS is partnering with a leading hospital system to identify an Imaging Equipment Technician II, a  vital member of the clinical engineering team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing advanced imaging systems across the care continuum.

What You'll Do :

Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of imaging systems including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Cath Labs, Mammo, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiography equipment .

Maintain detailed service documentation, safety testing records, and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Lead daily activities of junior technicians, providing guidance, training, and oversight.

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure equipment reliability that supports safe, efficient patient care.

Assist with vendor coordination, system upgrades, and capital equipment planning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Clinical Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years' experience  repairing and maintaining complex imaging systems.

Strong knowledge of electronics, electricity, pneumatics, mechanics, and physics applied to medical imaging.

Preferred : CBET or CRES certification.

Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
