We are looking for a Senior Manager of Resource Management to join our team.

Who You Are And What You'll Do

You are a strategic leader and professional with a passion for Resource Management. Highly analytical and an excellent communicator, you stand out for your ability to navigate delivery constraints and business tradeoffs. You confidently lead cross-functional demand interlock meetings with Sales, conduct Impact Analyses, and present clear go / no-go recommendations that influence senior-level decisions while protecting delivery integrity. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

In this role, you'll align consultant capacity with delivery needs in a high-velocity services environment while partnering closely with account teams to manage unplanned demand, often on projects requiring fulfillment within just 2030 days. You'll also lead and develop a team of four Resource Managersdriving effective workload distribution, managing escalations, and fostering professional growthwhile continuously improving processes and documenting best practices to enhance operational excellence.

In this role, you will :

• Act as the primary RMO contact for Sales, translating late-stage pipeline into staffing needs, managing urgent demand, leading interlock meetings, and resolving escalations with Delivery Leadership.
• Conduct impact analyses to assess feasibility, presenting data-driven go / no-go recommendations with clear options, trade-offs, and escalation paths to enable swift, informed leadership decisions.
• Align internal and subcontractor resources to project needs, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and advising Delivery Leadership on resourcing bottlenecks.
• Maintain 3090 day capacity plans, track utilization and pipeline trends to flag at-risk projects, and partner with PMO and Delivery Managers to align resources with client commitments.
• Maintain up-to-date records in PSA and CRM tools, produce weekly dashboards on availability and utilization, and ensure data quality and compliance with planning standards.
• Co-manage a team of four Resource Managers, overseeing performance, coaching, workload distribution, and contributing to onboarding, training, and skill development.
• Identify and implement staffing workflow improvements, enhancing RMO playbooks, tools, and templates while supporting prioritization models and escalation frameworks for efficient decision-making.
