We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Label Ink Technician to join our team in Minneapolis, MN, 55428. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our label printing processes. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and mix inks according to specifications for various printing jobs.
  • Monitor ink quality and consistency throughout the printing process.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of ink mixing equipment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any ink-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of ink usage and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in training new team members on ink preparation and handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or chemistry is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a printing or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of ink formulations and color matching techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
