Job Description : The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into preventive wellness. This position provides the company with an opportunity to present our services, depth of expertise and investment in the community. As a PSR II, you will make a proactive impact on a patients experience by meeting and interacting with patients facing healthcare needs, conducting phlebotomy, and ensuring quality patient care.
