You’ll be at the heart of their internal broadcast studio operations, ensuring seamless execution from setup and production to livestreaming and post-production. As Studio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing creative visions to life. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality broadcasts. What You’ll Do :

Manage the daily operations of the internal broadcast studio, including setup, production, and post-production activities.
Operate studio equipment, ensuring smooth execution of broadcasts and recordings.
Oversee livestreaming activities, maintaining high-quality output and addressing any technical challenges.
Collaborate with the Employee Engagement, Campus Experience, and IT / AV teams to ensure seamless integration of studio operations.

What You’ll Need :

Extensive experience in broadcast studio management, demonstrating a strong understanding of production workflows.

Proven ability to operate studio equipment, including cameras, audio consoles, and lighting systems.

Expertise in livestreaming technologies and platforms.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.79 to $64.22 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
