Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.Current IL SLP license .PEL with SLP endorsement .Experience with AAC, functional communication needs, speech sound disorders, and IEP paperwork is preferred.Role Summary :
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will develop and implement individualized education and treatment programs for students whose communication abilities have been affected by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. You will work in a supportive school setting with young learners and have the opportunity to make a long-lasting difference in their development.

Dates : ASAP - 6 / 05 / 2026Hours : 8 : 30am - 3 : 30pmSetting : Early Childhood through 8th gradeCaseload : Varied needs, including significant disabilities, ASD, cognitive impairments, medical needs, and behavior; primarily non-verbal students with limited communication requiring AAC or other visual communication methods.Work setting : In-person onlyKey Responsibilities :
Manage specialized materials, equipment, and the environment essential to the speech and language program.Provide educationally related communication interventions for students with language, speech, or hearing disorders.Assess speech and language skills of students suspected of having communication disorders and collaborate with teachers to develop IEP goals and objectives.Offer resources, modeling strategies, and training to other team members in communication interventions.Communicate regularly with school staff (both special and general education), parents, and where applicable, the students regarding individual assessment results and progress.Benefits :
