The Front Desk Medical Assistant working in our UT Physicians Gyn-oncology, MFM and Uro-gynecology (Katy) clinic supports physicians, nurse practitioners, and midwives in providing care for womens reproductive health, pregnancy, and general gynecologic needs. Schedule : Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Position Key Accountabilities :

Certification / Skills : Use and care of standard clinic equipment Basic Life Support (BLS) by American Heart Association (AHA) required

Minimum Education : High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program preferred

Minimum Experience : Six months experience or completion of an approved Medical Assistant Training Program.

Physical Requirements : Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 20 pounds frequently and / or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
