General Manager Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Handle scheduling, direct client communication (phone, text, and email).
• Send out quotes and accompany potential clients on property inspections.
• Upsell additional services to ongoing projects / customers.
• Once a client accepts, schedule the job.
• Hiring, firing, and labor scheduling.
• Follow‑ups with clients post‑service for quality assurance.
• Build strategic relationships with homeowners, restaurant managers, and local businesses, trade associations and other networking opportunities.
• Network and promote Pink’s.
• Inventory management, including soap, towels, and equipment.

Additional Information

While not required, candidates who live in or near Essex, Union, or Morris County may find the commute and local familiarity advantageous.

This position is full time Monday through Friday during regular business hours with the rare night and Saturdays as needed.

Compensation Package

Four weeks paid training.

Company branded vehicle.

$55‑62,000 base + commission upon training completion.

PTO plus some holidays.
