Aqrawi & Associates Law Firm is seeking a
- skilled Personal Injury Trial Attorney
- to join our fast-growing, client-focused litigation team. We are committed to delivering exceptional results for injured clients, and we are looking for an attorney who shares our passion for justice, advocacy, and top-tier legal representation.
- Duties
- Manage the full litigation process for personal injury cases from inception through trial, including investigation, discovery, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and stay current on relevant laws and regulations
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and trial briefs with precision and clarity
- Engage in negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to secure favorable settlements when appropriate
- Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings by providing comprehensive legal guidance and support
- Present compelling cases at trial by developing persuasive arguments, examining witnesses, and utilizing effective courtroom techniques
- Maintain meticulous case records, manage deadlines efficiently, and ensure compliance with all legal administrative requirements
- Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants
- must meet all of the following
- Active Texas law license
- with
- at least 5 years of practice
- in Texas
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience
- (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Documented trial experience
- (first-chair or significant second-chair trial involvement)
- Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a litigation docket independently
- Commitment to client communication and high-quality representation

Pay : $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
