Aqrawi & Associates Law Firm is seeking a

• skilled Personal Injury Trial Attorney
• to join our fast-growing, client-focused litigation team. We are committed to delivering exceptional results for injured clients, and we are looking for an attorney who shares our passion for justice, advocacy, and top-tier legal representation.
• Duties
• Manage the full litigation process for personal injury cases from inception through trial, including investigation, discovery, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and stay current on relevant laws and regulations
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and trial briefs with precision and clarity
• Engage in negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to secure favorable settlements when appropriate
• Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings by providing comprehensive legal guidance and support
• Present compelling cases at trial by developing persuasive arguments, examining witnesses, and utilizing effective courtroom techniques
• Maintain meticulous case records, manage deadlines efficiently, and ensure compliance with all legal administrative requirements
• Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants

• must meet all of the following
• Active Texas law license
• with
• at least 5 years of practice
• in Texas
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience
• (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Documented trial experience
• (first-chair or significant second-chair trial involvement)
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a litigation docket independently
• Commitment to client communication and high-quality representation

Pay : $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
