Responsibilities

• Two hospitals : 269 beds in Flagstaff and 99 beds in Cottonwood
• Board certified physicians from top programs across the country
• Over 200 employed providers
• Outpatient Surgical Centers
• Cardiovascular Institute
• Orthopedic & Spine Institute, EntireCare Rehab and Sports Medicine
• Cancer Centers
• A strong and growing primary care base

• The Oncology Service Line encompasses :
• Medical Oncology
• Radiation Oncology
• Outpatient Infusion Center
• Highly competitive base salary with sign on bonuses up to $100k and annual provider incentives
• Average 15 patients per day
• Care Coordination alliance with City of Hope Phoenix - one of the largest cancer research and treatment organizations in the United States - to help treat complex or rare cases of cancer in northern Arizona
• Complementary team of Nurse Navigators, Clinical Oncology Pharmacists, Certified Mastectomy Fitter, Registered Dietitian, Social Worker, Genetics Specialist, Lymphedema Specialist
