Tablet Press - Machine Operator
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented tablet press - machine operator to join their production team in Miami Gardens, FL. If you have hands-on experience operating tablet press or capsule filling machines and thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up, operate, and monitor rotary tablet press machines in compliance with SOPs and batch records
- Adjust machine settings to ensure tablet quality (weight, thickness, hardness)
- Perform cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment
- Accurately document production activity, inspections, and any deviations
- Follow cGMP guidelines, safety protocols, and cleanroom procedures
- Assist with production changeovers and support cleaning validation processes
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing targets
