Project Controls / Closeout Coordinator (Telecom)

Selectek is looking for a  Project Controls / Closeout Coordinator  to join our client’s Telecom Project Controls team. This position is essential for the successful execution of team initiatives across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial project activities, including management, processing, and review. They will ensure compliance with procurement policies, handle data processing, and play a key role in gathering, quality-checking, and uploading closeout deliverables. This role is crucial for maintaining project integrity and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Required :

• Experience in construction project controls, preferably in the telecom industry
• Prior experience working on AT&T Projects
• Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

You do NOT have to sit in market but would need to be available to support the projects.

Job Responsibilities :

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay Rate : $31.25 / hour (set pay rate)

Term of assignment :  6-month contract to hire

Pay Method when Direct :   Hourly

Location of Job : Remote

Hours & Shift :  Monday - Friday; 8AM – 5PM EST

WFH :   Yes

Remote :   Yes, but must be comfortable working EST
