Reverence Behavioral Health Services is a forward-thinking psychiatric and wellness practice providing IV hydration, vitamin infusions, PrTMS (personalized TMS therapy), Spravato, and EEG-guided brain scans.

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. This position combines hands-on clinical care with opportunities to participate in cutting-edge mental health and brain wellness therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV hydration and nutrient / vitamin infusions
• Provide intramuscular and subcutaneous injections (Vitamin D, B12, and other boosters)
• Assist with PrTMS therapy, including EEG setup, monitoring, and patient preparation
• Participate in Spravato administration and monitoring under provider supervision
• Support brain scan / EEG procedures for clinical and performance-based clients
• Monitor, document, and report patient vitals and responses during all treatments
• Maintain detailed inventory of supplies, medications, and lot numbers
• Perform front-desk / reception duties as needed, including greeting patients, scheduling, and check-in / out coordination
• Ensure compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active Illinois LPN license (required)

Prior IV infusion and injection experience (preferred)

Interest or experience in psychiatric wellness and neurotherapies (TMS, EEG, Spravato)

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and professionalism

Ability to balance clinical care with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Monday–Saturday, 5 days per week

Pay : $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
