• With a consistent flow of qualified leads and strong brand recognition, we’re expanding our team and looking for a  Selling Sales Manager  to lead from the front.
• Position Overview We’re seeking a driven, experienced sales leader to manage, mentor, and grow our team of In-Home Sales Representatives.
• This is a  player-coach  role—you’ll lead by example in the field, close deals, and actively support your team in reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• If you have a proven track record in in-home sales, ideally within the home remodeling industry (especially bath or kitchen remodeling), and you’re ready to step into a leadership role with high earning potential and strong company support—this opportunity is for you.
• Key Responsibilities Support the sales team by running leads with reps as part of ongoing training and performance development Attend appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team; assist in closing deals when needed Conduct follow-up visits and "cancel / save" appointments to recover stalled opportunities Partner with the Rehash Manager to re-engage with past prospects Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded Lead regular sales meetings and training sessions to drive continuous improvement Set clear expectations for team performance aligned with company goals Foster a high-energy, accountable, and supportive sales culture Qualifications 5+ years  of successful in-home sales experience (home improvement industry strongly preferred) 2+ years  of experience in a sales leadership or management role Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales professionals Confident closer with a consultative sales approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with technology, including iPad presentations and digital contract tools Organized, self-driven, and performance-focused What We Offer Steady flow of high-quality, pre-qualified leads Competitive base salary + generous commissions and performance bonuses Comprehensive training and ongoing support A strong, well-known brand in the Orange County market Growth opportunities as our business continues to expand Ready to lead a winning team and take your career to the next level?
