We are looking for our next Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD)!

The Position :

In this position, you'll play a key role in supporting the 140 employees who bring safe, clean, and reliable drinking water to nearly 220,000 customers. As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be essential in performing building, grounds, and maintenance projects / tasks within the District. Priorities and Projects :

This role will be one of the primary contacts for the startup of our Willamette Water Supply Program (WWSP). Travel to / from Wilsonville and Tualatin (in an organization vehicle) during this time will be a major priority to ensure everything runs smoothly at these new facilities.

Are You Our Ideal Candidate? :

We're looking for someone with the following skills, experience, and traits to join our team :

• High school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 4 years of experience maintaining a facility similar in complexity to the District's buildings, and some supervisory experience
• Positive attitude is a key attribute
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent speaking and written communication skills
• Someone who takes pride in their work
• Flexibility to work some weekends (not often and not required, but there are times when the Facilities team needs to coordinate weekend activities).

Compensation / Benefits :

Our Facilities Coordinator has a salary range of $79,913.60 - $119,891.20.
