Product Engineering Manager (Miami)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Own the roadmap and delivery of our website, mobile app, and BI ecosystem, aligning digital touchpoints to the full customer lifecyclefrom discovery to loyalty.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of a centralized data lake to consolidate guest behavior, transactional, and operational data across platforms.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to deploy AI and machine learning capabilities that personalize the guest experience, optimize marketing, and increase operational efficiency.
• Define and manage integrations across CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and analytics tools to support cohesive, omnichannel experiences.
• Design and deliver customer loyalty features across web and mobile productssuch as personalized offers, rewards tracking, and retention journeys.
• Drive optimization initiatives across SEO, UX, site / app performance, and mobile responsiveness to support discoverability and conversion.
• Lead the development of BI dashboards, executive reporting, and business KPIs used by leadership to guide strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC-2, 27001 and data privacy regulations (GDPR / CCPA).
• Translate business goals into clear technical specifications, user stories, and backlog priorities.
• Champion a data-first mindset across teams, leveraging tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Segment, GA4, Mixpanel, and Amplitude.
