Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Jira administrator - configure and maintain projects, workflows, permissions, automations, dashboards, and reporting to support evolving team needs and delivery processes
Lead and coordinate programs that span multiple teams, departments, and geographical locations, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery across diverse stakeholders
Create and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and AI-based solutions to track program health, resourcing, and performance metrics
Own and drive the full lifecycle of multiple software projects - planning, execution, delivery, and retrospective
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; escalate issues proactively
Provide clear and regularmunication to stakeholders, including risk assessments and mitigation plans
Lead and support quarterly planning processes, creating clarity and visibility across all levels of the organization
Serve as an Agile coach for cross-functional teams, helping embed best practices and workflows
Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively work with teams to remove roadblocks
Provide program management support for specific initiatives or teams as needed
Collaborate with engineering teams in support of customer-facing projects - including troubleshooting and progress tracking
About You
3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar program / project leadership role
Expert-level Jira administrator, with hands-on experience configuringplex workflows, project structures, and automations
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, formulas, and charting
Experience with Tableau for building interactive dashboards (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives
Familiarity with AI-based tools for status tracking and reporting is an advantage
Proven experience leading Agile programs using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models
Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills; effective in global, multicultural environments
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
