Auto-Chlor System is immediately hiring a Branch Manager for our Amarillo, TX location!

What We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking a dynamic, sales-driven leader with strong entrepreneurial and coaching skills to manage and grow our Amarillo branch. This person will play a key role in driving revenue, developing team members, and delivering top-tier customer service. If you're passionate, motivated, and ready to make a big impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with our customers
  • Hire, train, lead, and develop high-performing branch employees
  • Drive branch performance through internal sales, revenue growth, and KPIs
  • Manage timekeeping, budgets, and branch goals in collaboration with the Regional Manager

    • Requirements :

  • Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean driving record
  • Proven leadership in a B2B environment (service or distributor sales preferred)
  • Track record of consistent sales growth
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation during training
