We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Data Engineer - Data Integrations to join our Corporate Technology Data Engineering team at Donaldson. This critical role will contribute to the development and sustainability of our data infrastructure, supporting a wide range of research and development initiatives, sensor-based systems, and modeling technologies. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines that integrate complex datasets, enabling accurate, timely, and trustworthy data access for engineers and scientists. Your work will directly support faster, data-driven decision making across the organization. Ideal candidates must be able to work at our Bloomington, MN office on a hybrid schedule.

Role Responsibilities :

• Architect and implementation of the R&D data platform for structured, semi-structured, and streaming data.
• Develop scalable ETL / ELT pipelines that integrate data from a variety of sources (i.e. form-based entries, SQL databases, Snowflake, SharePoint)
• Implement data versioning, schema evolution, and governance controls.
• Administer Snowflake environments for cloud analytics.
• Define and enforce data quality, validation, and lineage across the platform.
• Work with CI / CD to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring of data pipelines.
• Develop and implement orchestration and metadata management
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and business analysts to align platform capabilities with high value business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest data engineering technologies and trends.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Annual Salary Range : $86,200 - 111,000. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
