Qualifications
Friendly and customer-focused with a professional appearance.Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.Comfortable walking and standing for long periods and working outdoors.Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.Basic computer knowledge and customer service experience preferred.Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.Morning, evening, and weekend availability; overtime may occasionally be necessary.Job Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards.Conduct vehicle inspections, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety checks, and recommend necessary services.Communicate effectively with the parts department and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.Document all work performed and recommended services on repair orders.Road test vehicles to verify repairs or refer them to a test technician as needed.Participate in paid manufacturer-sponsored training to stay updated on technical advancements and procedures.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all dealership-owned tools and equipment are used safely and responsibly.Comply with all safety regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA guidelines.Report any machinery defects, safety concerns, or changes to vehicle condition immediately to management.
