Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) to join a high school setting in Minneapolis, MN. This is a contract position lasting until the end of the current school year. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to students, ensuring their health and safety throughout the school day.

Qualifications :

Active MN LPN License (required)

Previous school nursing experience (preferred)

Experience with G-Tube care and / or homecare (preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities :

Provide routine and emergency nursing care to students

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and manage students with chronic health conditions

Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student health needs
