Position Overview :
We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Home Care division. This person will play a key role in ensuring our clients and their families have a seamless, personalized, and consistently positive experience with Coastal Care Partners. From confirming caregiver schedules to addressing concerns, this person will be the heart of client support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a primary point of contact for home care clients and families
- Ensure caregiver schedules align with client needs and preferences
- Coordinate with scheduling and recruiting teams to assign the right caregivers to the right clients
- Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and quickly address any concerns
- Manage care transitions and updates, including changes in client condition or care plan
- Maintain accurate client records and communication notes in the system
- Support the onboarding of new clients and help create personalized care experiences
- Collaborate closely with caregivers and internal teams to ensure quality and consistency

Schedule :
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Occasional on-call or after-hours support as needed
