CFO - Chief Financial Officer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance across reporting, analysis, and accounting functions. This position requires expertise in financial management, particularly within the service industry.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to support decision-making and organizational goals.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the board to deliver timely and clear financial updates and reports.
• Manage month-end close processes to ensure all financial data is reconciled and complete.
• Utilize QuickBooks and other tools to maintain accurate accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with non-profit accounting standards and practices.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts to align with organizational needs.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to enhance efficiency.
