Job description : About the Role :
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated junior-level candidates or fresh graduates to join our Technical Support team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in desktop support and technical devices, who are eager to build their career in IT support.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other technical devices.
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
Ensure timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Requirements :
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT / Tech Support.
Basic knowledge of desktop support, operating systems (Windows / Mac), and technical devices.
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT support role
