    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President & CEO. This pivotal role demands a strategic partner and integrator who can ensure the executive office operates at the highest levels of effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the CEO's time and impact, providing strategic counsel on a range of issues, and leading mission-critical initiatives. This includes running the operational rhythms of the office, representing the CEO in key interactions, and fostering alignment across the Executive Leadership Team. The Chief of Staff will also be a key ambassador for the CEO, both internally and externally, and will be expected to operate with clarity, influence, and discretion in all matters. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a proven track record of operating at an executive level, with sharp strategic thinking and the ability to lead initiatives across functions. The role requires a leader who can build trust-based relationships, is adept at driving to clarity, and is willing to operate across both high-level strategy and operational detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in unowned strategic analyses and projects, and a strong customer- and company-first mindset. This is an extraordinary opportunity to influence company-wide priorities and contribute to the future of work, and the Chief of Staff will be expected to bring a high level of humility and stamina to the role.
