Overview :
The Invoice Processor will be responsible for processing and managing invoices for the company. This includes verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- Pay rate : $20.00 - $24.00
Essential Functions :
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepanciesProactively pursue problem resolution with Office Managers and InstallersAssist with month-end closing and reportingEvaluate the difference between actual and estimated costs to pinpoint any discrepanciesReview Sub-Contractors invoicing and ensure accurate payment is reflectedConduct Commission Adjustments / Contractor Back Charges when changes in a job ariseQualifications :
Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and in a team environmentEffectively navigate computer programs with ease. Proficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to multi-task with frequent interruptionsExperience with accounting software is a plusBenefits :
