In this role, you'll promote our specialized spine and orthopedic surgical services, drive patient acquisition, and expand our presence across key markets.

Position : Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team across multiple locations.

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive patient volume and brand visibility.

Oversee community outreach efforts, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships with legal and healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and referral data to optimize strategies.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

Foster relationships with clinics and other referral sources to strengthen partnerships.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in healthcare marketing or related field, preferably within the spine or orthopedic surgery space.

Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Demonstrated success in analyzing data and performance metrics to guide strategic marketing decisions.

Knowledge of personal injury law and its intersection with healthcare marketing is strongly preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to travel locally to support field operations and events.
