Keep things sparkling (literally and figuratively) ensuring a clean safe and guest-wowing environment. Customer service experiencebecause happy guests are the heart of hospitality. At least 1 year of banquet food service experience and a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory rolewe need someone whos seen a plated dinner or two. Leadership potential or experienceyoure not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed. Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)because safety is always in style.
