My client is a recently independent DTC pet nutrition company challenging the market with a protein-first approach.

While others tout "human-grade" as the gold standard, they've raised the bar with superior protein content and stringent quality standards that truly deliver on the promise of premium nutrition for our furry friends.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Get your hands dirty with Facebook ads, creative execution, and performance marketing
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns
  • Test new channels and messaging to find what resonates with pet parents

You're Right For This Role If :

  • You've got marketing experience in the pet industry (non-negotiable)
  • You thrive in scrappy startup environments where results matter more than process
  • You can think strategically, but love tactical execution even more
  • You're comfortable both planning campaigns and rolling up your sleeves to design ads
  • You want to help build something meaningful from the ground up

    • Boston-based only. Expect to work closely with the founder in their office, building this business together.
