Vice President, Information Security CISO

Job Title

Topgolf is looking for an experienced information security executive to establish and grow the Information Security function and team and to oversee Topgolf's separation from parent-company (Topgolf Callaway Brands) in preparation for Topgolf's independent spin-off planned for Q4 2025. The Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) role is a newly created position which will report to the Senior Vice President, Topgolf Technologies.

The CISO will secure the Company's technology and data from malicious attacks that may breach or expose the Company's IT systems, employee information, or intellectual property. This leader will bring deep industry experience from leading hospitality, restaurant or entertainment brands where they have held a similar role in shaping an organization's cybersecurity and governance risk and compliance (GRC) program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a global team of security engineers and analysts to deliver projects to execute against the company's cybersecurity strategy
• Develop overall cybersecurity strategy and build security controls and solutions that align with best-in-class architecture frameworks and standards
• Manage and oversee assessments of security program and IT architecture to identify gaps and recommend actionable and realistic changes or improvements
• Design and create solutions that align to enterprise security architecture frameworks and standards and overall business and security strategy
• Design information security policies and playbooks for information security processes and controls that align with an overall cybersecurity strategy
• Help design a secure infrastructure layer in coordination with Global IT Infrastructure that isolates sensitive data from general access
• Serve as an integral member of the Incident Response Team for all major, high-risk cybersecurity incidents. Communicates and responds to incident details, risks, and response recommendations clearly and in a collaborative manner with Information Security and IT leadership, IT teams impacted, and the Law department
• Works with external law enforcement, IT leadership, physical security, Human Resources, Legal, and Finance to provide technical expertise regarding information security events and incidents
• Documents security requirements and controls for protecting information, systems, and technology assets
• Defines and documents how the implementation of a new technology impacts the security posture of the current environment
• Provides input on security requirements to be included in request for proposals (RFPs), statements of work (SOWs), and other procurement documents
• Self-motivated and solutions oriented. Willing to take on challenges while adapting to an ever-changing global threat landscape
• Overseeing the team budget and collaborating with Finance and Legal on financial matters, contracts, procurement, and billing
• Provides coaching, direction, and leadership support to employees in order to achieve the department and company results that align with the cybersecurity, IT, and business strategies
