Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Operator 2 role in Vancouver Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare, clean, load, and inspect parts for production runs in 1 to 4 machines.

Operate production equipment with moderate supervision, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Follow written instructions, work orders, standard programs, and verbal guidance from supervisors or leads.

Maintain quality standards by performing in-process inspections and identifying any product or equipment issues.

Document production activity and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies or equipment concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Comfortable working with minimal supervision and managing multiple machines.

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50+ lbs as needed.

Willingness to work swing shifts and overtime as required.
