The Director of Strategic Innovation is responsible for providing executive leadership, management, and oversight in the development, execution, and delivery of advanced solution operations within the Cyber, Technology, Operations & Strategic Innovation Business Unit. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in program management and a strong foundation in information technology. The Director will ensure operational excellence across all assigned programs, with responsibilities covering customer engagement and satisfaction, profit and loss (P&L) accountability, invoicing accuracy, and the development of strategies to foster organic growth and mission success.

This position presents a distinguished opportunity for an accomplished IT and program management professional to provide strategic oversight and leadership within a dynamic and mission-critical business unit. The Director of Strategic Innovation will ensure compliance, operational success, and continuous improvement while advancing the long-term growth and innovation goals of the organization.

Qualifications

Supervision and Reporting

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable credential required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Federal Government information technology and network operations.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher required.
