What You’ll Do :

• Build and manage a quality portfolio of C&I, CRE, and some ag credits
• Develop new business and deepen existing client relationships
• Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities across commercial services
• Monitor portfolio performance and maintain credit quality
• Represent the bank and build meaningful community relationships
