JOB TITLE : Inspector - Fabrication / Assembly I4

LOCATION : Wichita KS

PAY RATE : $43 / hour

Qualifying Questions :

Summary :

Use and interpret drawings inspection manuals specifications and shop mathematics to perform inspections.

Utilize precision measuring instruments specialized inspection machines and tools to complete assignments.

Follow Quality Management System policies procedures and company specifications.

Maintain working knowledge of production processes.

Communicate effectively both written and verbal.

Use computer systems effectively; maintain required certifications.

Perform inspections per shop procedures to accept or reject parts processes and assemblies.

Verify tool qualification and prepare / maintain quality records.

Work across equivalent or lower-level Inspector roles as required.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 5 years of aerospace airframe assembly inspection experience.

Reliable and punctual attendance.

Ability to obtain and maintain all required training and certifications.

Willing to work any shift (1st 2nd or 3rd) and periods of heavy overtime.

Proficient in blueprint reading MS Office and SAP.

Experience writing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs / Tags).

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications :

SAP experience.

Boeing 737 Airframe / Fuselage inspection experience.
