Director, Financial Reporting

The Director, Financial Reporting is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including SEC reporting, internal reporting, technical accounting, corporate consolidations, GAAP financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial regulations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex financial operations. This role will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and will sit in Nashville on a weekly hybrid schedule. Specific duties include, but are not limited to :

SEC Reporting :

• Lead the preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, and other required filings.
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and timely submission of all reports. with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory changes and their impact on financial reporting.

Position Requirements :

Preferred :

Master's Degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.

Accounting experience in the healthcare services industry.
