Grow, through influence, a data enablement mindset across the organization and mentor others on how to think about data needs

Understand and architect data solutions for the business, leveraging the tools that have been built for our internal data platform where possible and helping drive requirement for platform enhancements

Help evaluate and tune queries

3+ years of experience with query languages, data modeling, data ownership, and data platforms

Aptitude for deep data analysis and exploration

Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

Experience with Scrum / Agile delivery processes

Experience with data storage technologies and query languages (Neo4j, Redshift, S3, Hadoop, etc.)

Experience with cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
