About the position :
We’re seeking a Front Desk Associate who enjoys making our guests’ day exceptional. You will help cultivate our guests’ experience by :
- Providing a smooth check in and check out from their service(s)
- Scheduling appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day
- Assisting with retail recommendations and purchases
- Offer guest relaxation experiences, such as hand & arm massages.
