Senior Estimator - Clean Room / Lab / Healthcare - Dallas, TX

Job Description

Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for projects in technical and regulated environments.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to determine project scope and cost.

Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, bidding, and subcontractor coordination.

Partner with design teams to identify cost-effective solutions without compromising compliance or performance.

Conduct risk assessments and value engineering exercises to optimize project delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of estimating experience in Clean Room, Lab, Life Science, Healthcare, or Higher Education construction .

In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and systems in technical environments.

Proven track record of managing estimating efforts on complex projects from concept through delivery.

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
