Full-Time | $75,000–$85,000 / yr | 8-Hour Shift + On-Call

• If no certification, We will provide paid training and cover the full cost of the required certification for the right candidate. The sign-on bonus will be reduced to $10,000.00.

What You’ll Do

As the Children’s Group Home Administrator, you will :

Your leadership will directly enhance the quality of life for the children we support.

What We’re Looking For

Required :

7+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (Level 4I or higher)

2+ years supervisory experience

Children’s Group Home Certification

DSP I & DSP II

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preferred :

3+ years management experience

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
