ABOUT OUR AGENCY : I have been a State Farm agent for 19 years and am proud to continue my family's legacy as a third-generation agent. Our office is located in a great space with an amenity center offering free coffee and tea, and most of our team members enjoy individual offices rather than cubicles. We have a close-knit team of four, along with additional shared team members, and we work together to create a supportive and successful environment. We offer competitive perks, including 50% paid health insurance for employees. As a Scottsdale native, I attended Brophy College Prep and the University of Arizona, and I take pride in serving my community with a high standard of service and care.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brandon Mueller - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain client records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

    • Compensation : $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
