YOUR IMPACT :

As the Human Resources Manager reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the overall management and development of all aspects of Human Resources and Talent Management for the Company including :

• Recruitment and Selection;
• Learning and Development;
• Talent Management;
• Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits Management; and
• Employee Relations.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES :

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
